I design and facilitate specialized workshops that equip adoptive parents, adoptees, professionals, and organizations with the knowledge and tools to navigate identity, racial dynamics, family relationships, and trauma-informed care. I also provide targeted training for organizations supporting returning citizens, helping teams develop culturally responsive, trauma-informed practices that foster inclusion, promote successful reentry, and strengthen the services they provide to marginalized communities.
